Are Your Files Press-Ready?

A print-ready file allows us to produce your project quickly and efficiently. Use our checklist below as a guideline to avoid any delays, saving you valuable time and/or additional costs. For more info, see our full resource for artwork guidelines.

Artwork Options
MY ARTWORK IS PRESS-READY

By selecting this option, you artwork will go straight to our print queue!

It is important your print file meet our minimum print guidelines - such as bleed, safety margins, CMYK colour, high-resolution images, fonts converted to outlines, and transparencies set as required, to name a few.

If you are unable to do this, we highly suggest selecting the 'Check my Artwork' service to ensure you achieve the best print results.

CHECK MY ARTWORK

If you are unsure, select this service. We review your artwork file and whether it meets the requirements for commercial printing.

With this service we will make minor press-ready adjustments - this may include adding bleed or re-sizing, etc. depending on your artwork file. You will receive a digital proof for approval prior to print. (Please note choosing this option will add slightly to the turnaround time)

We will advise if your artwork needs more complex adjustments and/or if any additional costs are applicable.

DESIGN FOR ME

If you are looking for a professionally customised design, let us do the work for you!

You must already have a logo and provide basic information. Otherwise contact us to learn about our Logo & Identity packages.

After placing your order, instructions on how to upload your files and provide your design brief / notes will be shown after checkout. (Please note choosing this option will add to the turnaround time)

FILE PREPARATION
  • Artwork to be supplied in (high-resolution) PDF format
  • A minimum of 10mm bleed
  • Keep any important images and/or text at least 10mm away from the edges
  • Make sure document and images are CMYK
  • For best results, images must be supplied in 300dpi and embedded in the file
  • Fonts used in your artwork must be embedded or converted to curves/outlines

How to Upload Files

After checkout, click on the 'My Account'  located on the top right hand side of the screen to display your account details.
On the left hand side, click on the 'Orders' tab and click on the order number to bring up the order details.
Simply drag & drop files in the dropzone or click on the area to select your files. If you purchase multiple items, each item will have its own upload section.

When purchasing 'Design For Me' services, please click on the link to provide your design brief/notes. You can also request for a callback to discuss your requirements, however completing the link will help us process your order more efficiently.

Alternatively, we also recommend (free) file sharing via Dropbox or WeTransfer sent to our email - info@zoozoo.com.au and please don't forget to reference your invoice or order number.

DISPATCH

Refers to the turnaround time and when the product will be ready for dispatch.  As all products have different specifications, navigate to the product you require. When available, a badge will indicate the turnaround time for that item.  Although our products are normally dispatched in a timely manner, delays might occur in any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If this is the case, you will be notified prior to production.

DELIVERY

Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, please be aware that deliveries may take longer than usual - Australia Post and our selected couriers are experiencing delays during this demanding time.

We have a flat-rate shipping of $9.95 for each order. For express delivery, select this option at the checkout.  You will also have the option to choose 'Authority to Leave' if you would like it to be left it at a safe place.  Please not we can only deliver to physical addresses, No P.O. Boxes.

PICKUP

Local pickup is available from our premises in Highett, VIC between 10am-3pm (Please contact us prior to collection)

URGENT ORDERS

Have a last minute order?  We offer express printing on selected products Orders must be placed before 11am to guarantee timely dispatch. Available for Unlaminated Business Cards, Letterheads, Flyers, Posters and Folded Brochures. For any other urgent requirements, don't hesitate to Contact us today
