Are Your Files Press-Ready?
A print-ready file allows us to produce your project quickly and efficiently. Use our checklist below as a guideline to avoid any delays, saving you valuable time and/or additional costs. For more info, see our full resource for artwork guidelines.
- Artwork to be supplied in (high-resolution) PDF format
- A minimum of 5mm bleed
- Keep any important images and/or text at least 5mm away from the edges or creases
- Make sure document and images are CMYK
- For best results, images must be supplied in 300dpi and embedded in the file
- Fonts used in your artwork must be embedded or converted to curves/outlines
- Please submit two seperate artwork files:
File 1 – Artwork with Dieline
File 2 – Artwork without Dieline

How to Upload Files
After checkout, click on the 'My Account' located on the top right hand side of the screen to display your account details.
On the left hand side, click on the 'Orders' tab and click on the order number to bring up the order details.
Simply drag & drop files in the dropzone or click on the area to select your files. If you purchase multiple items, each item will have its own upload section.
When purchasing 'Design For Me' services, please click on the link to provide your design brief/notes. You can also request for a callback to discuss your requirements, however completing the link will help us process your order more efficiently.
Alternatively, we also recommend (free) file sharing via Dropbox or WeTransfer sent to our email - firstname.lastname@example.org and please don't forget to reference your invoice or order number.
Refers to the turnaround time and when the product will be ready for dispatch. As all products have different specifications, navigate to the product you require. When available, a badge will indicate the turnaround time for that item. Although our products are normally dispatched in a timely manner, delays might occur in any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If this is the case, you will be notified prior to production.
Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, please be aware that deliveries may take longer than usual - Australia Post and our selected couriers are experiencing delays during this demanding time.
We have a flat-rate shipping of $9.95 for each order. For express delivery, select this option at the checkout. You will also have the option to choose 'Authority to Leave' if you would like it to be left it at a safe place. Please not we can only deliver to physical addresses, No P.O. Boxes.
Local pickup is available from our premises in Highett, VIC between 10am-3pm (Please contact us prior to collection)
