1. Overview
The following outlines our conditions for quotations, and purchase of goods and services from Zoozoo Printing and the use of the site www.zoozoo.com.au. By accessing or using any part of the site, and/or purchasing a product and/or service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, we encourage you to review these terms and conditions whenever you use the site or our services. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please discontinue using the site or our services.
2. Payments / Quotations / Pricing
All prices and amounts shown on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD), unless otherwise noted. Time for payment for the goods being of the essence, the price will be payable by the Client on the date/s or payment terms determined by Zoozoo Printing, which may be:
- In full before commencement of any work, which includes processing, artwork design and/or proofing and production of the order; or
- The date specified on any invoice or other form as being the date for payment; or
- Where no date or payment term has been specified then by default, payment shall be due seven (7) days following the date of the invoice.
Credit Card / Paypal
Payments made by Credit Card will incur an additional surcharge (at a cost no greater than the our cost of acceptance). For orders through our website, payment will be immediately debited upon placement of an order. Under no circumstances will we be held responsible for any bank, credit card or overdrawing fees that may be incurred for any transaction.
Direct Debit
For payments by direct bank deposit or eftpos, any order and/or service will not commence until funds have been cleared into our nominated account.
Afterpay
Buy what you want today, pay for it over 4 equal fortnightly instalments, interest-free! Use your debit or credit card, get approved instantly. It is a simple and flexible payment option. Afterpay is available for our online orders only and not in-store at this stage. We do not offer refunds for purchases made with Afterpay, we will happily provide a credit note to your account.
When you are making a purchase, simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. If it’s your first time using Afterpay, you can provide payment details as usual to complete your purchase. Once your first order is approved, your Afterpay account is created. All you need to do is visit www.afterpay.com.au to set up a password, and you will be able to make more purchases using Afterpay by simply entering your log in details upon checkout.

Accuracy of Quotations
Quotations are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided. Zoozoo Printing can re-quote a job at time of submission if the specifications or input materials do not conform to the information on which the original quotation was based. All quotations are valid of a period of 30 days from date of issue. GST and other taxes and duties that may be applicable shall be added to the Price except when they are expressly included in the Price.
Modifications to Services and Prices
Prices for our services, including online pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
3. Title of Goods
Ownership of goods will remain property of Zoozoo Printing and will not pass to the customer unless:
- The customer has paid all amounts owing for the particular Goods and;
- The Customer has met all other obligations in respect of any contracts or agreements Zoozoo Printing and the Customer.
- Until ownership of the Goods has passed from Zoozoo Printing to the Customer, we may give notice in writing to the Customer to cease any use or return of the Goods/services and any costs associated will fall to the customer (i.e. delivery fees, collection fees, etc)
4. Proofs & Order Responsiblity
Double check your artwork, you won’t regret it! Soft-copy digital proof(s) will be supplied when enlisting design services by Zoozoo Printing (including ‘check my proof’ or ‘design for me’ on our website), or when customer supplied artwork has been deemed unsuitable for commercial print.
The customer will be held fully responsible for the accuracy of artwork files. We will not held liable for any errors contained in the final product, or incurred costs after the final proof has been approved by the customer. We will not exchange, reprint or refund your order under the following circumstances:
Error’s in the customers file including, but not limited to:
- Artwork setup is not in accordance with Zoozoo Printing’s file specifications
- Contact details, punctuation, spelling, or grammatical errors, font issues
- Poor quality prints due to low resolution images
- Omitted information
- Design layout, proportion and colour
- Issues due to technical setup of the file such as overprinting, transparencies, bleed, margins, fine text or lines, font issues
- Incorrect setup of the file such as artwork dimensions, image orientation, incorrect setup or layout for finishing (folding, drilling, scoring, die-lines, die-cutting, etc) or other custom-made services
- Copyright issues
Error’s in Order
- Delays due to improperly prepared files or delays in file submission by customer
- Incorrect customer selected specifications such as size, product type, finishing options or quantity
Zoozoo Printing reserves the right to refuse or deny printing of certain material which it finds offensive, racist, sexist, homophobic, anti-social, that promotes terrorism, vandalism, hate and violence.
Variations & Colour Matching
Due to the nature of print and computer monitor settings, electronic soft-copy proofs are not an accurate colour reproduction.
RGB is a subtractive colour space, using light to produce the colours you see on your screen. CMYK is an additive colour space using a combination of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black inks. It is important to set your document to CMYK, but not all RGB and screen colours can be matched by CMYK printing processes.
We do not guarantee an exact match in colour or texture between customer supplied artwork or any other materials. While we have quality control processes in place and whilst all care is taken, due to the inherent nature of printing processes, Zoozoo Printing accepts no responsibility for colour variations. The customer acknowledges and agrees that there are acceptable levels of colour variation from print run to print run, from stock to stock, from back to front and between different printing processes.
If colour or resolution is critical, please request a press check (subject to availability, and may incur additional charges and increase turn-around time).
Trimming may vary by up to 2mm from the Proof, specification, or print job to print job
5. Design Services
By ordering and using our graphic design services, only finished art files suitable for print reproduction will be supplied to The Client. All raw/working/source files and elements used within the design (such as fonts, images, textures, patterns, graphics, etc) remain the property of Zoozoo Printing unless otherwise specified in the quotation or proposal. Requests for the raw/working/source files or elements will incur a surcharge.
All concepts and sketches remain the property of Zoozoo Printing and includes design proposals and concepts submitted but not selected by the client.
Ownership rights to the finished artwork transfer to the customer only when:
- The customer has paid all amounts owing for the particular Goods and
- The Customer has met all other obligations in respect of any contracts or agreements Zoozoo Printing and the Customer.
Zoozoo Printing reserve the right to use all artwork produced, concepts produced in the course of the project (including those concepts not selected) and revisions for the purposes of promoting Zoozoo Printing in print or digital media portfolios, social media and blogs, except where the client has specifically requested in writing otherwise.
For custom design services, when required, the customer agrees to pay a 50% of the quoted amount to commence any design project, with the balance payable prior to delivery of the finished art files. Once research, resources allocated or design work has commenced on a project, this deposit is non-refundable.
For design projects estimating to take longer than two weeks, we may request ‘progress payments’ after 50% of the project has been completed. If a project has been cancelled and is more that 50% completed, a pro-rata payment will be payable for time spent up until cancellation notice.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Due to the nature of the products and services we offer, we do not offer ‘change of mind’ returns or refunds. All charges related to expedited printing (whether it be Urgent Printing and/or express shipping) are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for purchases made with Afterpay.
If you change your mind about your order, notify us as soon as possible or cancel online (for online orders) if your order has not reached the processing stage. Any orders that are cancelled will incur a cancellation fee as well as any costs incurred to date in processing your order (i.e. Merchant Fees, Materials, etc.)
Once an order has been approved for print production, it is immediately scheduled in the print queue and cannot be cancelled.
If any materials or paper stock has been purchased specifically for your order prior to cancellation, the customer will need to reimburse us for the cost of the material
Whilst every care is taken in the production of our products, in the event that you find an issue with your product, you must notify us within seven (7) days of receiving your item. We will notify you on the status after assessment. If we determine that Zoozoo Printing is at fault, we will rectify the problem and have your job reprinted as soon as we can and deliver back to you at no cost. In order to receive a replacement, 100% of the received product must be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. For payments made by credit card, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your issuer’s policies.
7. Dispatch and Turnaround Time
Production/turnaround time and delivery time can vary depending on the type of product and the quantity required. Whether indicated verbally or written on the website or quotations serves as a guideline only. We will always endeavour to get your job into production and delivered to you in the shortest possible time.
Although we endeavour to dispatch your goods within the timeframe, we will not be held responsible for delays due to events out of our control (weather, suppliers, machinery breakdowns and other unforeseeable delays). Turnaround times also depend on the accuracy of the information provided to us by the customer and are not responsible to errors such as:

- Incorrect customer briefing or selected specifications on online orders (such as size, product type, finishing options or quantity)
The customer acknowledges that any pre-press or graphic design service will add to the turnaround time.
8. Shipping & Delivery
All orders will be shipped via Australia Post or our preferred courier company unless expressly requested by the client.
Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and the Zoozoo Printing shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods.
If no-one is at the delivery address or there is limited access to the delivery address, and a signature is not required for the delivery, the Delivery Agent will leave a collection card with instructions on where to collect the Goods.
Goods may be left unattended if chosen by the client, at the risk of the client whereby Zoozoo Printing will not be liable for lost or damaged goods with this option.
Zoozoo Printing will not be held liable for delays or errors due to:
- Incorrect shipping address
- Un-deliverable packages or delivery attempts
- Damage to the product after delivery
If an incorrect delivery address has been provided, re-delivery charges will be applicable
